Motogp paddock sage Michael Scott delivers this emotional monologue in Faster, which I found hugely entertaining. It goes something like:

To be good at motorcycle racing, to develop your skills and exploit them in competition is one thing, but to do it at this level, this absolutely fearsome pitch, weekend after weekend, against guys who are quite as good and quite as mad as you, is what I find frightening and fascinating and admirable about racing.

Delivered in that characteristic accent and style of his, it’s a virtuoso performance right there.
